| "Performing for an audience of One" |
Most people see an illusionist. You, however, will see an authentic man entertaining and educating the audience. Darrel Barrie is recognized from coast to coast for his unique approach to presenting the Gospel. Darrel is a very personable speaker, genuinely concerned about reaching the lost and connecting with students for the cause of Jesus Christ. As a skilled illusionist, Darrel uses amazing illusions, light-hearted comedy, and lots of audience participation in each of his programs.

Darrel's background includes, Outreach Events Director, Youth and Students Director, as well as High School Teacher. Darrel Barrie was born in Seattle, WA, and he grew-up in nearby Kent, WA. While serving in the US Navy onboard a submarine, Darrel was transferred to the East Coast. Darrel and his wife Deanna make their home in Carrollton, VA along with their two sons, Christian and Anthony. Since Darrel is from Seattle you can guess the best way to win his heart is with a nice big cup of hot coffee! By the way, Darrel usually takes his coffee black, or he usually enjoys a venti almond mocha =] You can contact Darrel at darrel@darrelbarrie.com. |
| Statement of Doctrine |
1. We believe that all Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is perfect, infallible, and our authority.
2. We believe in one God existing in three persons--Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
3. We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, became man on earth by a virgin birth.
4. We believe that when Jesus Christ died on the cross, He paid the full penalty for our sins. And that Jesus rose from the dead after being buried in a tomb for three days.
5. We believe that Salvation is a gift of God by His grace and through our faith. If we repent of our sins and ask God for His forgiveness that He will be just and forgive us--that we would spend eternity in heaven with Him.
